Ampco Manufacturers Inc. is a broadly diversified company supplying a wide range of Advanced Manufactured products and Durable Graphics to a variety of markets and industries for over 30 years. Ampco serves clients locally, nationally and internationally from their 63,000 square feet manufacturing and graphic production facility based in the Vancouver area of Canada.
In 2006, a division called Ampco Grafix was launched to serve customer needs in screen and digital printing technologies for banners, decals, building murals, signage, vehicle wraps and specialty promotional printed products.
To compliment their diverse manufacturing capabilities, Ampco also provides turnkey project management, pre-press services, installation and removal, and all supporting services (i.e. order fulfillment, EDI, invoicing, etc.) for large projects and special events.
Products
The company have the engineering and production capabilities required to design, manufacture, and assemble graphic overlays, decals, metal nameplates, vehicle graphics, banners and wide format graphics as well as membrane switches and custom electronic and backlit instrument panels, components and assembled products.
Locations
Through managed growth and new product and process technologies, Ampco has grown to more than 100 employees at their Canadian facility along with Ampco subsidiaries located in the United States and Hong Kong.
Quality
Ampco's commitment to customers consistently provides the products they require at a level of quality beyond expectation. Since September 2006, they have been certified with the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality system. Prior to receiving this qualification, Ampco was registered to the QS 9000:1998 Quality system (based on and including ISO 9002:1994). Ampco's TS 16949 Quality Management System aims to enhance customer satisfaction through its effective application. They emphasize defect prevention rather than defect detection.
