Rugged construction for industrial applications

Heavy duty industrial polycarbonate is used to construct all light modules and bases for the SIGNAL50 line. A stainless steel, pole-mount base, set on a zinc diecast metal foot is also available. The entire line meets UL Type 4 / 4X / 13 and IP65 guidelines for use indoors or out. No other manufacturer of competitive product offers this extensive range of environmental approvals..

Over 100 combinations of lenses, voltages and illumination types

Variety and interchangeability are standard with the SIGNAL50 line. Six lens colors are available (green, red, amber, blue, yellow and clear), more than any other major manufacturer. Light modules are offered in four different voltages including 12 & 24V AC/DC, 120V AC and 240V AC. Illumination types include incandescent, LED and strobe. A special flashing LED is also available.

New sound module expands choices

In addition to the many visual alert modules available with the SIGNAL50 line, a new Piezo sound module is now available. Choose either a Single Circuit, Selectable Tone Module (single or pulsing tone) or a Two Circuit Sound Module, used in applications where two types of audible alert are required to indicate different levels of machine status. Easy assembly, changeout and maintenance

Up to five modules of the same voltage may be combined in any order with a simple twist of the wrist. Each light module has a bayonet locking system and finger protection that allows it to be "hot swapped" if necessary. Just untwist the module needing maintenance and the other modules stay lit. With reassembly of the Warning Tower, all modules are under power again, automatically. To prevent unauthorized opening, optional set screws may be used to lock each module in place.

Mounting bases for any installation

Three standard bases are offered, including surface mount, pole mount, and side mounting, for vertical equipment surfaces and walls.

Two different Pole Mount Bases are available, including the standard aluminum pole with polycarbonate foot or a stainless steel pole with zinc, diecast foot. All poles are available in seven lengths (5, 10, 25, 40, 50, 60 & 80cm). They may also be cut to a specific length if required.

A unique junction box effectively adds three more mounting base choices. This polycarbonate housing provides wiring space and a conduit external to the equipment on which the SIGNAL50 is attached. The junction box is used with the Pole Mount Base and comes in three versions. The first type screws directly to the mounting surface. The second type has a strong magnet bottom for a screwless attachment and the third secures to the side mount bracket for vertical mount applications. To complete the customizing of your SIGNAL50 Tower Light, bases and top caps may be ordered in either gray or black.
