ALY Fabrication, Inc. is well experienced in the fabrication and testing of low and high pressure piping systems and holds the ASME Code S Stamp for boilers and power piping. We also have extensive experience fabricating high pressure pipe spools for laboratory testing of Navy nuclear propulsion systems manufactured to ASME B31.1. In addition, we have fabricated pipe spools and skid installations meeting ASME B31.3, B31.4 and B31.5. Materials range from carbon steel to stainless and nickel alloys. Our welders are qualified to ASME Section IX in all positions and produce 100% x-ray quality welds. We have hydrostatic testing capabilities up to 10,000 psi.
