Parts

Brown Machine has a team of full-time parts representatives available to respond your parts needs. Our parts department maintains a significant investment in parts inventory to ensure minimal downtime. We maintain an "A-list" of fully stocked parts to ship from inventory the same day. If you need a part, be assured Brown will either have your part in inventory, procure it very quickly from a supplier, or make it in our dedicated spare parts manufacturing cell. For immediate parts service, we intentionally design machines with standard, readily available parts wherever possible. Service

Brown Machine has a team of in-house service representatives and traveling service technicians. Our in-house technical support personnel can answer your questions and offer online trouble shooting capabilities to minimize downtime. Our technicians are available to travel anywhere in the world and are capable of mechanical, electrical, and process support functions. Brown's service team offers a complete package of on-site services at your facility including:
