A new portable fogger for easy airflow visualization is announced by Degree Controls, Inc. of Milford, NH. Developed to enhance and facilitate the analysis of airflow in indoor environments, the FlowMarker allows the user to observe and "mark" existing air movements.
Since the FlowMarker will not cause the air to rise, the instrument provides visualization of the air's natural movements without adding any disturbances. The FlowMarker relies on a completely non-toxic, germ-free fog which will not promote the growth of organisms. The environmentally safe fog simply breaks down into carbon dioxide and water.
Pharmaceutical, chemical, processing and medical research labs are using the FlowMarker to analyze laminar flow in biological safety cabinets, animal cages, fume hoods, room ventilation, filling stations, and other critical areas. With the touch of a button, fog is injected quickly to visualize flow patterns.
The system includes a carrying case and a can of fog fluid.
