Our custom built electric vehicle controllers for mining vehicles utilize a chassis with a modified power section to handle increased voltages from 48vdc to 96vdc. Current ratings are available from 400 to 1000 Amps. The controllers are designed as alternatives to the Cableform, Saminco and Sevcon traction vehicle drives. Controllers are equipped with a brake interlock (high pedal disable-HPD), Adjustable current and acceleration rates via built in potentiometers. All controllers have upgraded internals and come with a 1 year warranty.
