Datamax introduces the I-Class RFID printer, the only truly "RFID Ready" printer available to meet the needs of all current and potential RFID smart label users. The I-Class Ready printer is available now for users who are interested in incorporating RFID printing capabilities at some point in the future. This printer features all of the benefits and modularity of the Datamax I-Class printer, with the addition of a field-installable RFID module available from Datamax. The Datamax I-Class RFID printer currently supports the ISO 15693 High Frequency (13.56 MHz) standard and EPCglobal Class 1 Ultra-High Frequency (915 MHz). Datamax is currently adding support on the I-Class RFID printer for many other RFID standards, including Class 0 and 0+ for EPCglobal compliance.
