RapidWrap insulation covers are generally designed to withstand harsh conditions, including temperatures to 1200 degrees F. They eliminate the need to reinsulate for routine maintenance or when repairing problems. RapidWrap covers can be designed to accommodate extreme temperatures up to 2300 degrees F, which extends product life and maximizes return on investment.

Each RapidWrap cover is designed for a specific application, and is assigned its own unique number, embossed on a stainless steel plate attached securely to the cover.

RapidWrap insulation covers are asbestos-free and environmentally safe. They incorporate a totally self-contained insulation system, constructed of a fiberglass or ceramic filler encased with a fully encapsulated outer jacketing. Closure systems include Velcro, lacing anchors, grommets, belts/straps, capstans and springs.

RapidWrap covers can help reduce fuel consumption by as much as 96%. In addition to cost savings, less fuel means reduced pollution as fewer greenhouse gasses are produced.

RapidWrap removable covers are now available with aerogel insulation as a filler, the next generation of insulation materials. Aerogels are 2 to 8 times more efficient than traditional materials, and with their extremely thin profile, allow the use of RapidWrap covers in very tight spaces.

Applications include valves, manways, flanges, heat exchangers, gas and steam turbines, pumps, expansion joints and diesel engines, and are used in the power generation, maintenance, locomotive, marine, truck and many more industries.
