From laboratory furnaces and kilns, thermo-analytical instruments to large ceramic shuttle and tunnel kilns, no job is too small or too large for Rath Incorporated. Our broad knowledge of industry applications, refractory materials, and creative approach to problem solving allows us to offer heat containment solutions that are tailored to each customer's needs and budget. Rath Incorporated offers field installation services or in-house installation of equipment sent to our facility.

Fabrication

Thermo-Analytical Equipment Furnaces

• Custom machined and pre-installed insulation assemblies for pyrolizers, gas chromatographs, rheometers, gas analyzers and ovens

Laboratory Furnaces

• Pre-machined replacement board insulation packages for front loading box, tube or elevator batch kilns up to1800°C

Process Batch and Shuttle Kilns

• 1400°C to 1800°C
• Gas fired or electrically heated
• Industrial shuttle kilns using ceramic fiber and alumina fiber modules up to 1600°C; ALTRA® Composite Board Systems (ACS) up to 1800°C
• Pre-assembled module panels for quick sidewall and roof replacement

Tunnel Kilns

• Bubble alumina and dense alumina refractory brick for sidewall and arches
• Custom fabricated light weight and dense kiln cars for use up to 1800°C
