The software also compiles information on resources indirectly associated with your finishing operation - such as maintenance expenses and labor costs for operators and line personnel. Each rack of product can be tracked through the system, allowing for average process cost calculations and review of system parameters during any historical period.

Temperatures. Generates graphs for temperature sensitive areas such as heated pretreatment stages, electrocoating tank and oven zones.

Alarms. Logs every alarm with date and time of activation. Monitoring alarm occurrences and frequencies can help to limit product rework and also determine what areas may need maintenance for optimal performance.

Labor/Maintenance/Parts. Manual data entry into the software once per shift allows these expenses to be included in calculations of system operating costs.
