VAC-U-MAX Loss-in-Weight Batch Weigh Convey System allows Powders to be metered into the customers process by Loss-in-Weight to maintain a high accuracy during the transfer of dry powders.
The VAC-U-MAX Loss-In-Weight Batch Weigh Convey System is ideal for loading reactors, liquid mix tanks, and shell type blenders with specific weights. The material is first conveyed in to the vacuum receiver by gain in weight. When the desired batch is reached, the system will switch to Loss in Weight allowing the PLC control panel to dispense the correct amount desired. Weights discharged are usually over 5-10 pounds and up to thousands of pounds of material. Accuracies achieved are approximately +/- .25-1 pound depending on the batch size.
