Sprayers and Spray Coating Equipment

Sprayers and spray coating equipment is used to apply coating, paints, disinfectants, cleaners, fluids, chemicals, powders and other industrial materials to surfaces. There are many types of sprayers and spray coating equipment. Examples include paint spray guns, high-volume, low-pressure spray guns or HVLP spray guns, spray tanks, spray foam equipments, waterproofing spray equipments, and spray pumps. A paint spray gun blasts tiny particles of atomized paints, liquids, powders, or adhesives onto a target surface with high pressure. Unlike the paint spray gun, an HVLP spray gun employs a turbine motor to deliver large paint droplets with low nozzle pressure. An HVLP spray gun displays greater painting efficiency over a conventional spray gun by reducing the amount of paint wasted due to overspray. A spray tank is used to store paint required for spraying the paint onto a target surface. Spray foam equipment delivers paint froth using multiple-component proportioning equipment. For smaller applications, large-pressurized or pre-packaged cans can be used as spray foam equipment. Waterproofing spray equipment is used to apply a coating that ensures the dryness of surfaces such as the basement or foundation. The coating prevents water from seeping through the cracks on these surfaces. A spray pump is used to pump paint with the help of a high-pressure hose and is compelled to pass through minute tips, which split the paint into different types of spray pattern fans. Other sprayers and spray coating equipment are commonly available.
