     A molded plastic holder.
 
   Metal Holder
 
     Similar in form to a molded plastic holder, but with a flexible metal clip into which the battery is inserted.

     Snap terminals, typically for 9V batteries.
 
   Coin Cell Holder
 
     A holder specifically for round coin cell batteries.
 
   Component Clips
 
     A flexible clip into which the battery is inserted. Batteries are held under constant spring tension.
 
   Battery Rack
 
     Racks ranging in size from those that contain a single battery to those that contain multiple batteries. They are usually available in one, two or multiple tiers.
 
   Battery Cabinet
 
     A battery enclosure.
 
   Other
 
     Battery holder type is other than those listed above.
