Switch Type Function


	Maintained Contact		Maintained contact switches maintain the position to which they are moved or actuated.

Cut-out Size


	Length / Diameter		For circular switches, this is the diameter of the cut-out hole. For non-circular switches, length is measured along (parallel to) actuator movement.

	Other		Other, special throw types with more than two poles. Examples include switches that are designed to split loads into separate circuits (e.g., headlamp switch).
