     Easily removable, peel-off labels and systems for containers, pallets, etc., that can be reused, returned, and require new labels for the different contents.
 
   RFID Labels / Tags
 
     RFID is a means of sharing information by radio waves.  RFID tags include an antenna that transmits and receives information.  There are two types of tags: passive and active. Passive tags are quite small.  They do not have their own power supplies, so they cannot transmit much data.  They are generally applied via a small adhesive sticker and are used for tracking and anti theft applications.  Active chips are larger and more versatile. They have their own power supply and can last for years.
 
   Serial Number Plates
 
     Serialized identification plates or labels for products or packaging.  Such labels or plates often include product model numbers, agency certifications, identification numbers, etc.
 
   Shipping / Packaging Labels
 
     Labels for shipping, packaging, routing, and inventory management purposes.
 
   Tags
 
     Items that hang loosely to identify.  Applications can include product information, pricing, inspection and certification, etc.
 
   Thermal Transfer Tape / Ribbon
 
     Thermal transfer tape is firmly affixed to a product with heat and pressure. It can be used with many types of printing for product identification and other purposes.  Thermal transfer is often used on fabric and other flexible materials.
 
   Wash-away Labeling
 
     Labels that can be readily washed off to allow for new, different labels.  Applications include containers, pallets, drums, and other products that can be used in many different shipping or inventory uses over their lifetime.

   Digital Imaging
 
     Digital images are electronic snapshots taken from documents such as photographs, manuscripts, printed texts, and artwork. The digital image is sampled and mapped as a grid pixel. Each pixel is assigned a value which is represented in binary code (zeros and ones).  The binary code is then interpreted and read by the computer to produce an analog version for display or printing.

   AS 9000
 
     AS 9000 defines quality management system (QMS) requirements for suppliers to the aerospace industry. It was developed by major aerospace manufacturers and published by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). AS 9000 is based on ISO 9001, but includes over 80 additional requirements for the aerospace industry.
 
   AS 9100
 
     AS 9100 is an expanded, international version of AS 9000, a standard which defines quality system requirements for suppliers to the aerospace industry. AS 9100 was developed by major aerospace manufactures in conjunction with the ISO Aerospace Technical Committee (TC) 20, and published by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
 
   QS-9000
 
     QS-9000 is a quality standard for suppliers of DaimlerChrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and General Motors Corporation. QS-9000 is based on the 1994 edition of ISO 9001, but contains additional requirements that are particular to the automotive industry. Specifically, QS-9000 applies to suppliers of production materials, production and service parts, heat treating, painting and plating and other finishing services.
 
   ISO 9001:2000
 
     ISO 9001:2000, a part of the larger ISO 9000 standard, contains the actual requirements with which an organization needs to comply to become certified. ISO 9001:2000 replaces the ISO 9001:1994 quality standard.
 
   ISO 13485:2003
 
     ISO 13485:2003 specifies quality management system (QMS) requirements for organizations that need to demonstrate their ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet applicable customer and regulatory requirements. ISO 13485:2003 contains specific requirements for medical devices and excludes non-applicable requirements from ISO 9001. Consequently, an organization with a QMS that conforms to ISO 13485:2003 cannot claim to conformity to ISO 9001 unless the QMS meets all of ISO 9001’s requirements.
 
   ISO 14001
 
     ISO 14000 provides an internationally recognized framework for environmental management, measurement, evaluation and auditing. ISO 14000 does not prescribe environmental performance targets, but provides organizations with the tools to assess and control the impact of their activities, products or services on the environment. ISO 14001:1996, a part of the larger ISO 14000 standard, contains the actual requirements with which an organization needs to comply in order to become certified.
 
   TS 16949
 
     ISO/TS 16949:2002 is an ISO Technical Specification that aligns existing American (QS-9000), German (VDA6.1), French (EAQF) and Italian (AVSQ) automotive quality systems standards for the global automotive industry.
 
   FDA Registered
 
     Suppliers are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the manufacture of foods, human drugs, medical devices, biologics, and/or animal feeds and drugs.
 
   MIL-SPEC
 
     Suppliers comply with military specifications (MIL-SPEC) or military standards (MIL-STD).
 
   OEM Specific
 
     Suppliers provide certifications for specific original equipment manufacturer (OEM) internal company specifications or requirements. 
 
   Other
 
     Other supplier certification.
