years ago RUD started manufacturing high-quality forged chains. Today,
the RUD Group offers comprehensive and innovative solutions based on

 RUD
was the first manufacturer to receive H1 certification for high-strength,
quality chains in 1953. RUD received the "Industry in the Environment
1968" Gold Medal in recognition of their innovative factory site.
RUD received the first official approval in 1972 for the production of
round steel chains to DIN 5684. In 1992 RUD was No. 1 for certification
of the Quality Assurance System to DIN/ISO 9001. RUD was No. 1 in approval
for VIP Special Quality in 1994. In 2001 RUD was the first chain manufacturer
to receive the joint Quality & Environmental Management System certification
to ISO 9001/ 14001.
