Precision metal stampings:
Wingard and Company can stamp all metals, fibres, plastics, lamination steels and exotic alloys. They form, coin, draw and flat blank. Machining, assembly and engineering development. Intricate custom laminations, seals, plates, gaskets, rotors, stators, terminals, connectors and contacts. Large stampings and high tonnage presses are available.
Laminations:
Hydroblanked or laser cut custom motor and transformer laminations. End pieces, copper end plates and fibres. Precision assembled lamination cores and wound stacks, metal stampings, machining and engineering development. Heat treating and annealing of laminations in hydrogen and nitrogen atmospheres or vacuum.
Cores:
Custom motor and transformer cores and stacks. Laser welded, tig welded, bonded, riveted, staked, or wound precision assemblies. Powder coating of lamination stacks.
Assemblies:
Custom mechanical and electrical assemblies. Laser and Tig weld, bond, glue, rivet, stake, etc... Machining and engineering development.
Machining:
Custom and secondary machining of metal stampings. Laser, EDM, mill and grinding processes. |
