Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Naperville, Ill., iC-Haus Corporation USA is the exclusive distributor for the Americas region of iC-Haus GmbH, one of the leading independent German manufacturers of standard integrated circuits (iCs) for both ASSP and customized ASiC semiconductor solutions. Strategically located in the western suburbs of Chicago, iC-Haus USA is positioned to provide rapid delivery on products from its in-house inventory. In conjunction with its German engineering staff, iC-Haus USA provides timely support for the complete iC-Haus product line. iC-Haus USA recently announced the acquisition of Tekwiss USA and the formation of an IC design center in Grand Isle, Vermont. The new design center focuses on developing integrated solutions for North American and other overseas markets. iC-Haus USA’s first design, the iC-TW2 programmable sine/cosine interpolator, is currently in production, and the iC-TW4 programmable interpolator with automatic offset correction is currently in testing. The iC-Haus USA web site offers an overview of their standard integrated circuits, mainly for specific applications in the 24V environment, µP periphery, for shaft encoders, position sensors and light barriers. Samples, specifications and terms of delivery on all iC-Haus products are available upon request at info@ichaus.us. |

About iC-Haus GmbH
iC-Haus GmbH develops and manufactures application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and is a leading specialist for monolithic mixed-signal circuits and microsystems. Their wafer backend, assembly- and test-facilities are located in Bodenheim, Germany, near Frankfurt in the center of Europe. Their subcontracted wafer foundries and assemblers are situated all over the world and assure reliable, second-sourced products and deliveries. Quality engineering has been established in international standards, such as ISO9001. iC-Haus products are authorized for industrial, automotive and military use.
Technologies
iC-Haus' range of technologies covers high voltage and linear bipolar, high density and analog CMOS and power BCD processes. With optional optolayers they have created OPTO-ASICs, monolithic microsystems which have integrated sensors. Assembly is performed in standard plastic packages, and for the OPTO and power ICs in the chip-on-board technique. Packaging can be customized, e.g., with multi-chip modules; furthermore, the chip layout and circuit topology is tailored to the customer’s individual requirements, resulting in exclusive ASICs from iC-Haus.
