The Swabian Family Group RUD, who are the international leader in Sling- and Lashing Systems, were pleased to be as a finalist in the 29th annual German Industry´s Innovation. In order to receive this award RUD had to demonstrate their strong and dynamic innovative capacity.
The RUD Company, the official “Hidden Champion of the 21st Century“, was honored as a finalist in the in the medium-sized companies category, at the 29th annual German Industry´s Innovation for their revolutionary development of the “ICE Grade-120 Sling Program”. RUD is the first chain manufacturer in the world to receive the approval stamp “D” for degree 12 by the professional organization. The Grade 120 D is for safe lifting and moving of heavy loads, was created using a Skeletto-Technology and a novel, patented steel which is easier, stronger, more cost-efficient and ergonomic than previous products and can even be used at temperatures up to -60° C.
