Hadlock Plastics offers several processes for the molding of reinforced thermoset composites. Their primary process is compression molding. This method can support both high and low volume requirements and provide the least expensive, highest quality parts. Hadlock also utilizes open molding, resin infusion, and resin transfer as alternatives for lower volume requirements. (read more)

Our in house tooling department specializes in polyester and epoxy molds. The tools are used in cold molding, resin transfer, and open molding.

These processes are ideal for lower volume orders, where inexpensive tooling is desirable. The department also constructs all of our gages and fixtures. (read more)

Hadlock Plastics is a product integrator. We provide partial to full assembly of complex (multi component) products.
