About Agricultural and Farming Products and Equipment
Agricultural and farming products and equipment are used in farming, livestock, and agricultural applications. They are also used by ranches, dairies, greenhouses, nurseries, orchards, and hatcheries for the production of beef, milk, plants, trees, fruit, and fish. There are two basic types of agricultural and farming products and equipment: animal production and crop production. Animal production products and equipment are used to raise livestock such as cattle, hogs, pigs, and sheep. They are also used on dairy farms, eggs farms, and in specialized applications such as apiaries and aquaculture. Crop production products and equipment are used to grow grains such as barley, corn, and wheat; cash crops such as cotton and tobacco; and vegetables such as tomatoes, blueberries, and strawberries. Crop production equipment is also used to grow fruits, nuts, melons, and horticultural specialties such as flowers and ornamental plants.
